Moreover, according to the town’s Comprehensive Plan, the community is projected to ultimately reach over 100 times it original size, with the population surpassing 48,000 residents.
Besides offering great living conditions and world-class facilities, Buffalo Grove also presents an array of opportunities for exploration. The Buffalo Grove Theater, on the other hand, is a popular spot for corporate events and parties.
The Buffalo Park District is responsible for the maintenance of 50 park sites, including Alcott Center, Spray ‘N Play, Emmerich Park Recreational Building and Maintenance Facility, Gold and Sports Center, Aquadome Indoor Pool as well as Willow Stream Outdoor Pool, among various others that provide residents with a full range of services and activities all year round.

The village gets 37 inches of rain and 43 inches of snowfall per year. The average high in the summer is around 83 degrees, which is why it’s essential to have a reliable air conditioning system installed in your home to make it through the day. Moreover, with the mercury dropping as low as 17 in the winter, it’s highly recommended that you install a heat pump to beat the cold.
